Shipping Policy

All orders placed on the weekends and holidays, will be processed by the next business day.

Shipping options:

Family Island Shipping - 3 days - $20.00

Local Delivery - 2 days - $10.00

Local Pick up - 1 day - Free

We do offer shipping to Grand Turk and North Caicos. Shipping cost is determined by the size and weight of the package. Customers are responsible for all fees. The shopping cart will give you a default price, however, please call us if you would like a quote for shipping Caicos Express, Intercaribbean and TCI Ferry. This way, we give you the most accurate cost for your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once your orders leave the various Providenciales ports, the responsibility of the goods and products are on the carrier and the receiving customer.

Photos of goods will be sent prior to shipment.

All sales are final. No Returns.
